Illegal TikTok Influencer Asks Bail For Illegal Shooter

The hubris and brazenness of “migrants” has reached new levels, as an illegal Venezuelan TikTok “influencer” has used his platform of 300K followers to seek bail for a countryman who shot a tourist in New York City. Leonel Moreno is using his TikTok account to help spring illegal immigrant Jesus Alejandro Rivas-Figuero from a New York jail.

Rivas-Figuero shot a Brazilian tourist during a shoplifting attempt in Times Square several weeks ago. He is being charged with attempted murder. At the time of his arrest, he and his mother were staying at the Stratford Hotel, courtesy of New York taxpayers.

While mentioning nothing about the shooting victim or their family, Moreno waxes poetic in his video about the plight of the man charged with attempted murder: “I invite you to look for [his] mother and all of us join to pay the bail so that this young Venezuelan feels that you’re not alone in difficult times, but remembers that there is a God up there who sees.”

The video is in Spanish and had to be translated by the New York Post. Moreno may also not be comfortable with reading English-language news stories reporting Rivas-Figuero is actually being held without bail.

Moreno, who lives in Colombus, Ohio, boasts in a video about the handouts he receives through various channels: “[In the USA] everything is given away [if] you know how to look.”

Such attitudes are even starting to infuriate Democrats, such as New York City Councilman Robert Holden: “We absolutely don’t need to start importing criminals or boosting crowdsourcing campaigns to spring them from jail. The influencer better start warning his followers: don’t come to the United States to commit crimes.”

Holden was already infuriated that fellow Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul was giving state “Safety Net Assistance” (SNA) funds to illegals. “The endless handouts to the entire world are a slap in the face to every citizen who has contributed to and sacrificed for this country,” Holden said two weeks ago to the New York Post.

One poster on X described Moreno as “A big agent of chaos” who is “raising money to kill police.” The “agent of chaos” moniker was how the nihilist Joker character described himself in the Batman film The Dark Knight.

The “sanctuary city” of New York in the past two years has seen 173,000 migrants overwhelm its resources. Its streets have also been infested with Venezuelan gangs with ties to MS-13 and the Mexican Mafia.
