The left is obsessed with trying to paint former President Donald Trump in a negative light, usually by spreading fake news. This time, they decided to take yet another speech made by the former president on Saturday out of context.
President Joe Biden decided to share a nine-second clip of Trump’s Dayton, Ohio, speech on X. The deceptively edited short clip has Trump telling the crowd, “If I don’t get elected, it’s gonna be a bloodbath. It’s gonna be a bloodbath for the country.”
Biden wrote, “It’s clear this guy wants another January 6. But the American people are going to give him another resounding electoral defeat this November.”

If a person was judging Trump’s rhetoric based on the brief clip provided by Biden’s social media account, they would probably think that he was plotting a riot or insurrection. It does sound that way.
The clip was originally posted by Biden-Harris HQ, which ironically states on its profile that it posts “just the facts.”
However, when the full clip is played, a whole different message is heard. What Biden and the liberal media failed to mention was that Trump was talking about China and President Xi Jinping and the future of the automotive industry.
“If you’re listening, President Xi — and you and I are friends — but he understands the way I deal. Those big monster car manufacturing plants that you’re building in Mexico right now … you’re going to not hire Americans and you’re going to sell the cars to us, no. We’re going to put a 100% tariff on every single car that comes across the line, and you’re not going to be able to sell those cars if I get elected,” Trump said in the first part of the speech not played by Biden.
“Now if I don’t get elected, it’s going to be a bloodbath for the whole — that’s gonna be the least of it,” he continued. “It’s going to be a bloodbath for the country. That will be the least of it. But they’re not going to sell those cars. They’re building massive factories.”

That’s right, Biden and his liberal lackeys twisted Trump’s words, yet again, to make it appear that he is a power-hungry dictator. Nowhere in their clip did anyone hear Trump refer to China or the automotive industry.
The left’s version of the clip was shared throughout social media. Of course, many of the liberals didn’t bother to watch the full clip and falsely judged Trump based on a clip based on lies.
The Lincoln Project stated that the only way to defeat such a “violent” person was to vote against him in November.
"If I don't get elected, it's gonna be a bloodbath. It's going to be a bloodbath for the country"
He's taken a political party and transformed it into a cult of political violence & chaos. The only way to stop the madness is to vote against him in Nov. pic.twitter.com/EaFR2RfkYB

Another uninformed user claimed that Trump is “threatening Civil War.”

It didn’t take long for conservatives to point out the left’s lack of research.

Other users had no problems correcting Biden and condemning him for his misinformation.

That is the problem with liberals. They refuse to listen to Trump’s entire speeches. Instead, they nitpick and wait to hear the smallest details to get triggered and judge an entire speech on just a few words.
Liberal propaganda network MSNBC ran the story. The network refused to properly address the “bloodbath” statement. Instead, they made Trump appear to be a rant-raving maniac. They also claimed that he spewed a bunch of misinformation and tried to rally his followers based on fear.
Upon observation, the left is trying to win the election by using fear tactics instead of facts. Sadly, no one is surprised by how low they would go to win in November.
