While President Joe Biden thought that he would have a fun night Thursday at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall partying with former Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, he could not escape the protests that have seemed to follow him everywhere.
A night that was supposed to be filled with partying and a good time was interrupted several times by anti-Israel protesters. One woman was blowing a whistle and holding a sign that read “War pig,” warning of “nuclear war with Russia” and was escorted out of the event.
Following her exit, more protesters began booing and whistling.
After being interrupted during his speech several times, Obama snapped back at the protesters.
“No, listen. You can’t talk all the time. Sometimes you have to listen,” Obama said at one point to the hecklers, telling them that their behavior is what “the other side does.”
Outside the star-studded event, hundreds of anti-Israel protesters gathered, waving Palestinian flags and calling Biden and the Democrat Party “war criminals.”

The fundraiser was organized by Jeffrey Katzenberg, Biden campaign co-chairman, and Anna Wintour, Vogue magazine’s editor-in-chief. The event was able to raise the Biden campaign over $26 million, which is a record for a single political event, according to the BBC. The tickets ranged from $225 to $500,000.
It wouldn’t be a Democrat event and fun night if they didn’t take jabs at former President Donald Trump.
“We are here to do two things,” Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said, noting that the first is to ensure that the “chaotic, dishonest, mendacious, ineffective regime of Donald Trump” doesn’t return and the second goal is electing Biden for a second term.
Ironically, Obama claimed that Trump was “unconcerned with the essence of America.”
While Biden and his crew were living it up with A-list singers performing and posing for photos with those who paid high ticket prices, Trump attended the wake of Johnathan Diller, the NYPD officer who was killed in the line of duty during a traffic stop. By contrast, it’s clear to see which leader cares more about the average American.
