Pro-Vaccine Cardiologist Changes Mind After Father Dies

Dr. Aseem Malhotra, an esteemed cardiologist and best-selling author, recently changed his stance on the COVID-19 vaccine following his healthy father’s sudden death following vaccination.

Malhotra, a British Indian doctor trained by the National Health Service, spent months advocating for the safety of COVID-19 vaccines, despite the lack of studies to adequately gauge their various side effects.

In November 2020, he went so far as to tout the COVID-19 vaccines as the safest drugs available.

“Vaccines are the safest of ALL drugs,” Malhotra tweeted at the time. “Far safer than any other drug people are taking on a regular basis, including most people over 50 taking at least one prescription.”

“The vaccine safety concerns are totally disproportionate to the reality,” he added.

Unfortunately, his belief in the vaccine was shattered following the unforeseen death of his healthy 73-year-old father.

Malhotra explained that his father lived a healthy, active lifestyle, walking over 10,000 steps per day, maintaining a no-sugar diet, and recently improving his cholesterol profile.

A heart scan a few years before his father’s death “had revealed no significant problems with perfect blood flow throughout his arteries and only mild furring,” said Malhotra.

However, in the post-mortem findings, his father had 90% blockage in his left anterior descending artery and 75% blockage in his right coronary.

For a man who had no previous heart issues and had only improved his health and diet since his last heart scan, it made no sense to Malhotra that his father would take such a severe downturn in health in such a short period.

Then, Malhotra recalled that his father had recently received the mRNA COVID-19 vaccine.

What began as a suspicion quickly grew into an overwhelming body of evidence, prompting Malhotra to publicly state that the administration of vaccines during the COVID-19 pandemic was “the greatest miscarriage of medical science that we will see in our lifetime.”

When he posted his truth on Facebook, the company locked him out of his account for three days for not following “community standards.”

Nevertheless, Malhotra has continued his quest to raise vaccine awareness, recently appearing on Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle” to recommend against the imposition of mRNA COVID-19 vaccine mandates until there is enough data to substantiate such a far-reaching policy.
