Fauci is Now Trying To Clean Up His Messy Track Record

Since 2020, White House medical adviser Anthony Fauci has done unspeakable damage to this nation.

Fauci was a driving force behind all sorts of dictatorial COVID-19 vaccine mandates. At one point, he even supported a measure that would have made US citizens show proof of vaccination in order to board commercial aircraft.

Not once did Fauci ever claim that a particular mandate went too far. However, the medical adviser himself acted as if he was above the edicts he wanted Americans forced to follow.

Amid his talk about the need to social distance and mask up, Fauci (along with various high-profile Democrats) was repeatedly caught on camera not adhering to these guidelines.

There are other issues with Fauci, such as him lying about gain-of-function research. However, as he prepares to retire at the end of the year, Fauci is now trying to clean up his messy track record.

Too Little Too Late
On numerous occasions, Fauci has been held to task for praising far-left leaders like former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D), while bashing Republican leaders, such as Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R), even when the latter was shown to handle COVID-19 better than the former.

Yet, during a recent interview with ABC News, Fauci alleged that he has no political bias and wasn’t ever misleading. After being fed a softball question concerning these viewpoints of him, Fauci claimed he advised over half a dozen presidents without an ideological slant.

What Fauci refused to admit was the damage inflicted by what he advocated for and publicly claimed. The White House adviser asserts he was never misleading, but that’s not accurate.

During the onset of COVID-19, Fauci expressly stated that no one should wear face masks. Then, he claimed that people must wear masks. Later, Fauci admitted that telling people not to wear masks in the beginning was designed to save supplies for health officials.

When asked by ABC News if he believes it was an error for children’s schools to be shut down, Fauci still couldn’t own up to the truth. He didn’t even really provide a clear answer. Instead, the medical adviser said calling this an error would lead to his remarks being taken out of context.

An Incoming Congressional Probe
Republicans are clear that whether or not Fauci follows through with his plans to retire before 2023, the party’s lawmakers will still be investigating him after the midterms.

From masks to gain-of-function research, there are so many lies and contradictions from Fauci. Americans deserve to know the truth.

Of all GOP officeholders, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is one who has most frequently held Fauci’s feet to the fire, calling him out on his gain-of-function research lies and baseless advocacy for young children to receive COVID-19 booster shots.
